Understanding your personality, or “ego”, is one of the best ways to work on being conscious more of the time. The Enneagram provides a pathway to greater self-awareness and social skill that lasts. It is a growth tool, rooted in ancient philosophy that maps the habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving of nine personality “types” or styles with surprising accuracy.

The Enneagram Lab will enable you to:

• understand your own strengths and blind spots

• see more clearly the world views of others and how you can more flexibly adapt to different individuals

• access a roadmap you can consult any time you find yourself lost or confused by what is happening relationally

• focus “mindful awareness” on your key pre-programmed patterns and habits

• become more self-aware and as a result improve your personal and working relationships

The learning approach includes

• introducing you to the nine personality types in the Enneagram system

• reflective practices to increase your understanding of your own type, and how different your ‘ego’ defences are to other types in the Enneagram

• pair and small group exercises to help you understand and be compassionate towards the diverse lenses or filters that exist in groups, families and teams.
